Wellness is achieving a level of well-being beyond that of just striving to prevent disease.  However, to be more than just not sick, means to grow and change in a way that brings about a better state of being. No matter how you define “better,” this positive change will alter your lifestyle and make you feel healthier.

Holistic Health & Wellness Coaching

Health and Wellness coaching means looking at all aspects of your life. What areas are you struggling with?  Together we will evaluate the steps you need to take to reach particular goals, such as:


Life balance

Nutrition and healthy eating

Health and body goals

Identifying any limiting beliefs that are holding you back


My goal, as your coach, is to identify areas that have made your life difficult and held you back. I believe that every aspect of your life has a positive or negative connection to your ultimate well-being and success. I help my clients succeed through increasing their awareness, educating them, holding them accountable, and helping them grow personally.
