Before I came to see you, my hot flashes and
nights sweats were so bad. I was barely getting
any sleep at night and feeling tired and
miserable all day (to say the least). After just one
session with you, I am happy to report that I don’t get as
many hot flashes as I did before, and my sleep is
getting better each night. I am
looking forward to my next session with you!
I am so happy to say, that my hot flashes are less
frequent than they were and not as intense. On a
scale of 1 – 10 (sometimes higher than 10) they are now
about a 5 or 6, and I don’t even seem to notice night
sweats waking me up anymore. I am much more
mindful of my triggers now, I know that if I drink coffee, it
will set me off, so I now drink tea. If I do crave that coffee,
I do so knowing what will happen, and I immediately start
the breathing technique you taught me to cool it down. I also
really enjoy listening to the recording of the session that you
gave me before bed, it really helps to calm my mind.
I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical of
doing hypnosis online, but I was desperate, so I
decided to give it a try, and am I ever happy
I did. I am feeling a lot more like myself again. I still
get hot flushes, but not nearly as many or bad as
they use to be. The advice you gave me on how to
change my mindset has really helped, and I look forward
to journaling each night. I will definitely be recommending
you to my friends who are going through menopause!
